Once Upon a Shattered Life

Ok, so in regards to me last post there is something that has happened.  It’s a bad thing and a wonderful thing all at the same time.  I know a lot of you have already heard about this but for those of you that haven’t I decided to just put it up on here so that it’s not just some rumor floating around the high school.  I AM GOING TO BE A DAD.  It’s true.  Heather is due August 4th. Say what you will to me about this but please don’t go yelling at Heather about this.  I know some of you will want to anyways but she is stressed enough right now and it isn’t good for the baby.  So if you want to talk to someone about it, then post on my xanga, email me, or even call my cell phone if you need to.  The number is 260-519-5599.  Just please don’t stress Heather out anymore.  Oh and for any of you wondering if I am running away, I’M DEFINITELY NOT.

Well I think that is enough of a bomb to drop for now.  Remember, talk to me about this not Heather.

Later.

Ok, well it have been over a month and a half since my last post so I guess it is about time to write something.  The thing is that I really don’t have much of anything that is interesting to say.  About the only thing is that I like my classes right now.  I have a wonderful schedule.  Let’s see, On Monday… no class.  Tuesday I have 5 classes, Wednesday I have 2, Thursday I have 3 and Friday I have 2.  It’s wonderful to have a 3 day weekend all of the time.  It also gives me time to be able to help coach my churches v-ball team.  I don’t know if I have ever said it before but I LOVE VOLLEYBALL!!!!!

On a different subject, Heather and I are still together and still going strong.  She is actually in Lafayette right now to visit me.  YAY, that makes me happy.  I get to go home to her after class.  Oh and just so you don’t start thinking that she is staying with me, she is staying on campus with one of her friends.  No worries.

Well that’s about all for me.  Later

Ok, so it’s been quite a while since my last post.  Not too much has happened though.  The biggest thing is that my grandma found out that she the one lump the doctors were worried about is not cancer.  This is good but there is still some bad news.  There are also two more lumps in her lungs that are untreatable cancer.  They are also not sure what they will do with the other lump either so prayer is still needed.

Another thing that has happened is that I have decided to transfer to IPFW next year for sure.  That will take a lot of getting used to for me.  I have gotten used to living alone and really like not having to worry about waking my dad up when I come home at 1 in the morning.  Oh well, at least I will be doing what is best for me and my major.  It also helps that I will be able to see Heather and my friends more.

Well finals are next week for me.  I have a horrible final exam schedule.  One exam Monday morning at 8:00 and two on Tuesday, 10:30 and 7:00 pm.  Oh well at least I am done by Wednesday and can come home for a long break.

Well that’s about it.  Later

Ok, so some news I need to put up.  I have known for a little time now that my grandma and grandpa weren’t doing too well but this past weekend I found out some bad news.  I found out that my grandma was diagnosed with lung cancer.  They also think it has spread to her larynx and lymph nodes.  She goes in on Friday to find out for sure but things do not look good.  If it has spread to those areas I don’t know what they would do.  They can’t afford to do chemo or radiation treatments.  I also have a feeling that if my grandma goes, my grandpa would not be around much longer afterward.  I just ask that you pray for them.  They need all they can get.
